The collection is beautiful, and I love what the Design Time did with the products. I really like the vintage and shabby chic feel with the pops of bright color here and there.

And now….let’s get one the last, but definitely NOT the least, new collection from Glitz Designs.  It is called Hoopla, and here is a reminder of what it looks like:

First up, here are some cards done by me (Lea Lawson) for the collection.  I am completely smitten with Hoopla….

**This one was totally inspired by a card that Kay Sibley did awhile ago with the pink/black glitzers!  Thanks, Kay!**

Here is a beautiful decorated frame done by Tammy Tutterow:

And here are some fabulous layouts by Jeni Boisvert!

Those large rhinestones on Jeni’s first layout are another new Glitz Designs product this year!  There are packages of larger sized rhinestones in multiple colors!  Just fabulous!  And Tammy used the new pom poms on her frame as well….SO cute!!

We would love to hear what you think of the new Hoopla collection!  Leave a comment on this post, and we will give one lucky winner the Hoopla collection.  I will draw the winner at MIDNIGHT tonight, and will be posted tomorrow with some more Hoopla projects by Ginger John.

Until later,

Isn’t this line just so shabby chic and fabulous!!  Totally loving all the amazing projects that were made with it! Did you see that fabulous pom pom on one of Jeni’s layouts, and the transparency image on one of my cards?  Those are some new additions to Glitz Designs this time around!!  Super adorable pom poms that come in an assortment of color, and each collection has its own package of “Peek A Boos”…transparent images that match the theme of the collection.  So awesome!!

Daddy Daughter Bonds with Noel Culbertson

2010_0719_008a
There is something about the daddy/daughter bond that a girl never outgrows. At least I never have with my dad, and I have that same hope for my girls. So far so good! With daddy home from deployment for just over a month now, they’ve done their level best to be at his side just as often as physically possible. In a world filled with change and uncertainty… it sure is nice to see that some things remain the same.

Summer Time! layouts with Jeni Boisvert

Glitz Design has some of THE COOLest Stamps out there.  I love distressing with them.  On this layout I used Green Ink on one of their Circle Stamps, then cut a slit to tuck the edge of my photo into for an instant photo “corner”.  I love how you can see through them to line up the dot’s perfectly.

supplies: Kismet Ledger K2860, distressing stamps, stickers and Glitzers.

As always I love mixing up paper in the collections.   Here I threw in some bright green from the Maya Collection with some Vintage Love paper.

Glitz cardstock stickers & Glitzers with Kay Sibley

Thank you for stopping by today.  I have a couple of
Glitz Design cards to show you.  Oh my, do I love their goodies!
This first card is made with the Maya Collection using papers and cardstock stickers.  These cardstock stickers are fabulous!  I was able to easily bend the butterflies to give their wings dimension and because the cardstock stickers are sturdy, they stay in place perfectly.  Also, you know me, I just had to add some bling to the butterflies as well!
My second card was so much fun to make!  I made my own pattern paper using several Glitzers Circle Stickers.  You can easily do this by randomly placing them on paper and trimming them where they overlap the edge.  The sentiment was made with some hot pink Teeny Alpha Stickers.

I truly hope you enjoyed my Glitz Design creations!
Have a wonderful day and a fabulous summer!
