Layouts & Tags with Stephanie Howell

Thanks for giving our January Guest Designer, Stephanie Howell, such a warm welcome over the weekend!  Stephanie’s scrapbooking style just seems effortless (although we KNOW she puts a ton of work & thought into her pages), and she is so witty & fun!
