At first glance you may not see the Rhapsody collection as your first pick for Halloween pictures, but the colors work fabulous!!!
I did this layout of my youngest two in their halloween costumes last year, I just love how it turns out!
The bold bright colors really pop when paired with black cardstock, give it a try!

I used the awesome – go on like butter- rubons for this card! The already embellished chipboard makes a perfect embellishment!!
